Sealed bids shall be received by Engineering, 2nd Floor, City Hall, 224 W. 9th St., P.O. Box 7402, Sioux Falls, SD 57117-7402, not later than 2 p.m., February 16, 2017. Bids shall be publicly opened and read in City Hall, 1st Floor, at 2:15 p.m.
