Workshop for Parents: Creating Better Readers

Reading builds vocabulary, helps self-esteem, and improves creativity. The benefits of reading for children of all ages are well-researched and well-reported.

Barb Wigg, a certified reading specialist and director of the Reading Bridge summer tutoring program, will help parents and caregivers of school-age children create better readers.
