Landscapes Unlimited Will Honor 2018 Golf Passes

On December 26, 2017, the Sioux Falls City Council approved an agreement with Landscapes Unlimited to manage the City’s three public golf courses. The contract will go into effect on January 19, 2018, and Landscapes Unlimited will honor all previously purchased 2018 golf passes.

Golf rates for 2018 were adopted by the Parks and Recreation Board on Tuesday, November 21. The Landscapes Unlimited senior management team has reviewed the 2018 rate schedule, fully supports it, and will honor all fees within the schedule. Therefore, season passes purchased between November 21 and December 31, 2017, are valid and will be honored for 2018.

Landscapes Unlimited is a Lincoln, Nebraska-based company that manages 46 properties in 16 states, including 16 municipal or daily-fee golf courses. It is also the golf course construction company that recently reconstructed Elmwood Golf Course.

Sioux Falls’ nationally accredited park system includes three municipal golf courses: Elmwood, Kuehn Park, and Prairie Green.
