Sioux Falls Fire Rescue Recognizes Citizen Hero

On September 3, 2017, Jermaine Robinson exemplified what being a good citizen and a hero means. Jermaine recognized that the driver of a vehicle involved in an accident was in a life-or-death situation. Decisive actions to first recognize the emergency and then to react accordingly to help pull the victim from the burning vehicle saved the driver from life-threatening, if not fatal, injuries.

Sioux Falls Fire Rescue, on behalf of the community, would like to recognize Jermaine Robinson for his heroic act. At 11 a.m. on Tuesday, October 3, 2017, at Fire Station 3, located at 2820 South Minnesota Avenue, Sioux Falls Fire Rescue will recognize this citizen hero for his actions. The media and public are welcome to attend.
