At approximately 12:21 a.m. on Thursday, October 26, 2017, officers were dispatched to a robbery at a convenience store located near the intersection of Tenth Street and Sycamore Avenue. The investigation revealed that a dark-skinned male, approximately 5' 6" to 5' 7", average build, 40–50 years of age, 170–180 pounds, wearing a light blue thigh-length jacket with black trim and blue jeans, entered the business and demanded money. The subject displayed a handgun and left with an undisclosed amount of cash on foot. No injuries were reported during the incident.
Anyone with information is asked to call the Sioux Falls Police Department. The investigation is ongoing at this time.
