*A book-nic is a picnic with books instead of sandwiches. Families enjoy reading at this picnic spot in the Children's area of the Downtown Library.

June 20-30
Monday-Thursday, 9 a.m. to 8:30 p.m.
Friday, 9 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
Saturday, 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Sunday, 1-5 p.m.

Meet Elise Parsley, author and illustrator of If You Ever Want to Bring an Alligator to School, Don't! and If You Ever Want to Bring a Piano to the Beach, Don't! She will visit four Siouxland Libraries branches in June and July.

5th Annual Book Walk featuring Do Re Let's Play

Take a walk and read a book in a fun, full-body way! Discover and read the pages of 2 children's books as you stroll along the Bike Path. Stop by the River Green Way Amphitheater for music by Do Re Let's Play and other activities. All ages welcome!
