Three new book club bags have been added to the Book Club to Go collection. There are now eighty-five titles in the collection. The latest title is Buffalo for the Broken Heart by Dan O’Brien which is the One Book South Dakota title for 2009. Please join our book discussion on this title to be held at the Caille Branch on October 5 at 7:00 p.m.
Book Club to Go bags have everything you need to conduct a book club/discussion group meeting. Each bag contains 12 copies of a title, a discussion guide, and a book sign out sheet for the book club coordinator.
Book Club to Go bags are available to all library cardholders. Book club groups will be especially interested in these, but they can also work for advanced English classes and those who just want to share books with family and friends.
Call the Ronning Branch Library at 367-8140 to reserve any Book Club to Go bag. The bag can be sent to any Siouxland Libraries location. You can reserve the bags up to one year in advance. The bags check out for 8 weeks.
