Book Clubs

Book discussion groups are open to the public. Copies of the book may be checked out from the library. If you require special accommodations, call 605-367-8720 at least 24 hours in advance of the program.

 

Colton Book Club

Meets at the Colton Branch on the 2nd Monday of the month, 5:30-6:30 p.m. Registration is not required, and all are welcome to attend. Call 605-446-3519 for more information or to reserve a copy of the book.

Eclectic Book Group

For people who read fiction, nonfiction, biographies, or anything else. Meets at the Ronning Branch on the 1st Monday of the month, 7-8:30 p.m. (Will return to the Caille Branch when renovations are complete.) Librarian Jane Taylor leads the discussions. Meets at the Prairie West Branch on the 3rd Thursday of the Month, 10-11:30 a.m.. Bring your own cup (we’ll provide the coffee) and join us to brew up bookish conversation over a cup of coffee. We’ll be reading a “dark roast” blend of fiction and nonfiction.
