Project Summary:
The project consists of complete reconstruction of 4th St from Minnesota Avenue to Main Avenue. Work will include replacement of watermain, sanitary and storm sewer, concrete pavement, sidewalk, colored sidewalk, colored, pedestrian lighting and landscaping.
