69th Street – Louise Avenue to Medical Court

Project Update 5/22/2020

• All work is complete with the exception of some minor repair items which will take place over the next few weeks.
• The Contractor will continue work through the summer as weather allows in the detention pond at the northeast corner of 69th and Beal Avenue.
• This will be the last update for this project. 

Project Milestones

1. Removals, grading, and utility work on the south side of 69th Street between Medical Court and Connie Avenue.
2. Box culvert installation on the north side of 69th Street, east of Avera Behavioral Health.
3. Box culvert installation on the south side of 69th Street, west of Beal Avenue.
4. Final grading, gravel, and concrete paving on the south side of 69th Street between Medical Court and Connie Avenue. 
5. Asphalt mill and overlay on the south side of 69th Street between Connie Avenue and Louise Avenue.
6. Final grading, gravel, and concrete paving on Beal Avenue north of 69th Street.  
7. Removals, grading, and utility work on the north side of 69th Street between Medical Court and Connie Avenue.  
8. Final grading, gravel, and concrete paving on the north side of 69th Street between Medical Court and Connie Avenue.
9. Asphalt mill and overlay on north side of 69th Street between Connie Avenue and Louise Avenue. 
10. Removals, grading, utility work, and asphalt paving on Beal Avenue south of 69th Street.
11. Final grading and construction of storm drainage structures in the detention pond north of 69th Street and east of Avera Behavioral Health.
12. Traffic signal installation at 69th Street and Beal Avenue and 69th Street and Mogen Avenue.
